Women Aging Energetically
As we enter our 3rd Age, the time pre and post Menopause can be unsettling. As our hormones shift and we go through a transition we can experience physical, mental and emotional symptoms. We can feel unlike ‘our old self’, out of sorts and lacking in confidence with low energy and vitality, unhappy with how we look and feel. By reviewing our diet and lifestyle, our thinking and our habits, we can uncover all that is stopping us from being and feeling our best. And in the process we can find our true selves and age energetically.

How I can Help
All of the therapies I offer are for mind, body and spirit and help balance your energies, clear blocks and help you feel good. By taking the holistic ‘energetic’ approach we can look at all areas of your life and help identify the blocks that are holding you back, releasing negative energies and helping to promote positive ones. During our sessions we can also identify any outdated negative thinking patterns and help you to re-frame unhelpful thoughts and install new positive ways of thinking. By working on the chakras through chakra balancing with sound, crystals, reiki and guided meditation I can help you balance your energy system leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed. Whether you’re learning some Qi Gong, having Reflexology or enjoying an Energy Balancing treatment with me, you can release blocks, feel better and learn new ways of looking after your health.

A healthy lifestyle is a choice and we are creating our health on a daily basis by the choices that we make. Whether it be what we eat and drink, what we think and say, to ourselves as well as others, or what we do, we are always moving either towards or away from good health.
A varied and nutritious diet, regular exercise, stress reduction, good sleep and maintaining a positive mindset all help to keep us well and enjoy life. By adopting a holistic 'energy based' viewpoint you can stay balanced and well and live a life of passion and purpose helping you look and feel younger.
